Rosie King
Qualified Physiotherapist
Rosie is an experienced physiotherapist in musculo-skeletal conditions, she specialises in vestibular rehabilitation and acupunture.
Vestibular disorder is a reduction or loss of the balance mechanisms of the inner ear which can result in dizziness, loss of balance, vertigo, nausea and vomiting.
Rosie studied at Pinderfields College of Physiotherapy, Wakefield and has worked as a Specialist Physiotherapist at Gatwick Park and as a senior in Musculo-skeletal outpatients in orthopaedics and hydrotherapy at Castle Hill Hospital, Kingston Upon Hull.
Sarah Willard
Qualified Physiotherapist
Sarah qualified in 2001 as a Chartered Physiotherapist. She practised as a senior physiotherapist in two of London’s top teaching hospitals, covering the full range of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. After assessing and diagnosing patients, Sarah can offer a range of treatments and/or rehabilitation, including manual therapy, electro therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation and injury prevention advice.
As a former professional dancer and a member of Dance UK, Sarah is also a dance physiotherapy expert. She is currently physiotherapist at the Legat School of Dance in East Sussex, where she assesses, diagnoses, treats and rehabilitates dancers. Sarah also screens dancers for injury prevention and performance enhancement, designing personal exercise programmes specific to the dancer.
Sarah is also an experienced pregnancy physiotherapist, treating any musculoskeletal pain related to pregnancy, from back pain and sciatica through to symphysis pubic dysfunction.

Jessica Arundale
Qualified Physiotherapist
Jessica graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2013 with a 2:1 BSc Honours degree in Sports Therapy, after three years of studying.
Jess has a degree in physiotherapy from St George’s university london 2016-2019.
She currently works at Worthing hospital as a senior 2 in MSK physio as well as for us here.
Her first degree included deep tissue sports massage, injury treatment and rehabilitation. While Studying Jess completed placements within the university clinic and with Luton Town football Academy, and has volunteered at the London Marathon providing post-race massage for the runners as well as a number of National Junior Cycling events.
Jess currently works at Pulborough Rugby Club providing pre and post-match massage, first aid and injury treatment throughout the game.
James Bowick
Qualified Physiotherapist
Jamie graduated from Durham with a degree in Sport, Health and Exercise science (BA Hons) in 2006 where he developed a particular interest in rehabilitation and completed a sports massage diploma in his final year. He stayed up in the North East and completed his Physiotherapy degree (MSc pre-reg) at Teesside University in 2009.
Jamie begun working in the NHS in 2009 and specialised in MSK from 2010. Whilst continuing to work for the NHS he Spent 5 years as the sole Physiotherapist for Guildford RFC, covering pitch side first aid or matches and injury rehabilitation on training evenings. He also spent 5 years as the sole Physiotherapist at Clockhouse Podiatry in Horsham.
Post graduate training includes an MSc module in Advanced Physiotherapy Practice; Foundation Acupuncture and extensive training with Diane Lee and LJ Lee regarding an Integrated Systems Model approach to Physiotherapy.
He also enjoys golf, running, yoga, touch rugby, time with the kids and craft beer (not necessarily in that order!)

Laura trained as a massage therapist with Chichester college in 2011.
Continuing her passion for health, welllbeing and fitness she qualified as a sports massage therapist with Pro Active Training in 2018.
